A Brief Buckeau History
Fish, dancing, whiskey, 80's cover bands, good friends, and serendipity brought us together.
Nate was fishing buddies with one of Krista's good friends through medical school. We met on a night out, then a year later Krista moved in next door to Nate and the rest, as they say, is history. Two years later we eloped. A year after that we had a grand, ol' wedding party. Five months after that we welcomed Georgia Mae, our first Buckeauroo. Krista started her psychiatry residency and welcomed a second Buckeauroo, Juniper Jeanne in 2018. A freshly minted psychiatrist in 2020, the Buckeaus are looking forward to more time in the garden, on the road, and raising Buckeauroos and chickens.
